Angel Island

This is my first Matte Painting.
I saw a nice tutorial that had similar effects as the ones I used on this one.
And since I am a pretty huge Sonic fan, I decided to create something related to the blue blur.

I was thinking of how it would look like if Robotnik attacked Angel Island with a lot of firepower.
And this image is the outcome.
It actually looks like Angel Island is doomed, and Sonic is too late.

I tried to make this one look more realistic, and not as comic-like as we all know it from the Sonic games.

I hope you like it, as a matte painting, and as a piece of Sonic art.
